BODYSUITS: THE NEW T-SHIRT

Hey, Everyone!  For starters, I’m so excited to release this blog because I’ve been putting it together for a while now, as you can see by the amount of outfits!  Side note: this isn’t even all of them … I narrowed down lol!  I think I actually started taking some of these photos two months ago; and I was finally able to compete the blog tonight!  That’s a snippet of how much hard work goes into being a blogger!  Soooooo, here you go!  Enjoy!

Shop My Outfit:

Ok, so let’s get real talk on bodysuit game!  Are you guys as obsessed as me?!  I mean, sometimes, we just want that sleek tuck in look; but with regular shirts, we get uneven pieces poking out and I am sure I’m not the only one finding myself doing the “hold it tucked as you sit down” move.  But then, low and behold, it still comes untucked, UGHHH!  So we casually keep leaning back acting like we are scratching our backs; but really, we are re-tucking throughout the entire night :p.  Then, arises, the BODYSUIT!  Hail bodysuits!

Shop My Outfit:

I’ve jump on the trend since day one; and I seriously cannot get enough of them.  From high neck to deep plunge, I literally own about 15 of them; and I probably should be ashamed, buuuut I’m not :D.  They are so versatile from day to night; and I feel like they add a little more pizazz than a t-shirt.  Maybe it’s the sleek “tuck in” aspect?  I don’t know; but I’m really feeling them!

Shop My Outfit:

I’ve worn them paired with festival shorts and sneakers, to dressy jeans and a bomber jacket for a group dinner, to culottes and heels for a wedding.  Just for the record, I did’t wear the top pictured below for a wedding! I wore those pants with a black off-the-shoulder bodysuit LOL!  I would never be that guest! 😀

Hopefully, you’re already on the trend; but if you’re having trouble jumping on it, grab an inexpensive, simple one first to see all the different ways that you can wear it.  (Under each pic, I’ve linked several; and they are all super affordable!)  Then, as you get used to it, start getting a little more elaborate with some different statement styles!
