My Top 5 Reasons to Smile with ARC
Hello, friend! It has definitely been a hot minute since I’ve been on the blog! If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you now know it’s because Dean and I are having a baby and I spent the first three months with morning, day, and night sickness!!! I will have lots of upcoming blogs about that journey but, today, I wanted to give you guys more details on my IG post because I’m super excited to be one of the first to try ARC’s new teeth whitening system! Therefore, I’m sharing my top 5 reasons to smile with ARC but, first, let me tell you a little about process!
This blog post is sponsored by ARC but all opinions are my own.
ARC Teeth Whitening
ARC’s white strips and blue light teeth whitening kit is super easy to use and can easily be worked into anyone’s daily morning or night routine. I love that this system includes strips and a blue light because I’ve never used that combo before and I feel like it has been the most beneficial.
The package includes 14 upper and lower white strips and one blue light. It’s a 30-minute treatment, with the blue light being used only in the last 5 minutes, so I actually use it while sitting at my desk getting work done because the time flies by super quickly. You just apply the strips, add the blue light, and smile! I actually saw results in just three days, how awesome?! ARC only uses ingredients that are clinically proven to whiten teeth so that’s a huge plus. Oh, and I love that the strips stay in place and it’s enamel safe!
I, of course, have something for you! ARC provided a code where you can save $15 on your kit by using my code: ARCxMichelle
Note: I used this product before becoming pregnant. If you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant, always do your research and check with your doctor prior to using any products.
My Top 5 reasons to Smile:
- Dean and I are having a baby! I know I already said that in the start of this but that’s my current number one reason to smile :D. We created a human that’s ½ me and ½ him and I cannot wait to meet him/her in December! Also, the fact that I survived that first trimester is another reason to smile lol. I will write a separate blog about that and do an IG live soon.
- Dean is the most amazing husband! Not to sound cheesy but he ALWAYS puts a smile on my face. Whether it’s his random hugs and kisses, his jokes and goofiness, or the little things that never go unnoticed, he is always putting a smile on my face and I’m still head over heels obsessed with him after 13 years together (married 9 of those 13).
- My fur babies!I hope I’m not that mom that posts more pics of her dogs than her kid! Just kidding, I’ll keep them even ;). But, seriously, I’m also obsessed with my dogs for each of their own adorable personalities. They’ve taught me unconditional love and I hope I’m half the mom for our little human that they think I am for them.
- My family!I am so blessed that I have a close loving family on both Dean and my side and I do not take it for granted! I know not everyone gets that in life and my heart is with those who do not for whatever the reason may be. I always think of how lucky I am and that puts a huge smile on my face!
- Mother Nature!Do you ever just take a minute to stop and examine and appreciate Mother Nature? I know our world has its ups and downs but it truly is an amazing place. I love to stop, soak it in, and smile over the appreciation of how lucky we are to experience life on beautiful Mother Earth. There’s so much more of it I want explore with Dean and Baby West in the future and smile over the fact that I get to experience such a beautiful place with such beautiful people!
- Bonus reason – Strangers! I LOVE to smile at strangers! Smiles have a contagious domino effect and I find that when you smile at a stranger, it gives them a reason to smile and they end up passing the smile on! Share your smile with others and let’s all make this world a better place! Plus, smiling relieves stress and elevates your mood by activating neural messaging in your brain so it’s a win/win!
Keep smiling, my friend!
XOXO,
Michelle
