Steve Madden Daisies

I know you guys have seen the Steve Madden Daisies in all of these colors all over my Instagram so I wanted to do a recap because I always get lots of compliments on them as well as the rest of my shoe collection; and, these compliments make my day because I definitely put some effort into my shoe collection.  Shoes are my weakness!!  I’m a huge help if a friend needs to be talked out of buying stuff.  Me, not so much, but I’m great for other people!  In fact, I talked a friend out of some kitchen gadgets recently; but, when it comes to shoes, not happening, I will convince you to buy that pair and three more!  Then, I will convince myself to buy those same four pairs.  I’m definitely not ashamed to buy the same shoe in multiple colors, as I have the Steve Madden Daisies in five colors and I am definitely not finished!

These heels are literally the most worn style in my closet by a long shot!  I can almost pair them with any outfit from something business to toping off a jeans and t-shirt look!  I know I’m not the only one that feels this way when I say, “heels just give us ladies another level of confidence.”  They make me feel professional, powerful, and, sometimes, even a little edgy.  When I’m in sneakers, I walk a little more relaxed; but, once I put a pair of heels on, I go from everyday bae to Boss Babe taking over the world in about 5.2 seconds <– maybe not that precise but you get it!

Honestly, that’s why I wear heels most of the time because my Boss Babe vibe gets $h!+ done, especially in my Steve Madden Daisies!  There’s something about a pointed toe pump that just screams “I mean business” to me and these are such a perfect, sexy fit while still saying “Let’s conquer the day!”.  The heel is a great comfortable height, the arch is super comfortable, and the pointed toe is the perfect proportion.  The quality is so great!  I’ve beat mine up enough where they should have scuffs but they are all standing strong in great condition.  My white ones got a small scuff or two when I hit them together while walking; but, I used some nail polish remover and they’re as good as new!  I mean they’re white so those are the ones I have to be most careful with but I’m proud that they’re still all white!

This is how much I will vouch for their comfort!  I had a day full of meetings and had to, ironically, go to a Steve Madden event that same evening.  (Side note: This isn’t paid or sponsored, just an honest review).  I wore my black leather pair and had them on all day for my meetings.  Then, when I got the event, I didn’t know where the building was and, from where I parked, I ended up having to walk across Tulane University’s entire campus in my heels.  I know Tulane isn’t a huge campus; but, after being in these heels all day and it’s now 6pm, that campus walk is not a short walk anymore.  It was about a 10 minute walk, that’s far!  Esp in heels!  But, honestly, my feet didn’t hurt during the walk or when I got home!  I definitely saw the advantage in the cliché “you get what you pay for” in this sitch!  They’re under $100 but, sometimes, $50- $80 is a lot spend on one pair of shoes; however, I will definitely say these are worth every penny!  I’m, for sure, expanding my collection in more colors!  I think I’m getting the yellow or the baby blue next because they’re both great spring/summer colors!
