Ways to Wear: White Booties for Fall/Winter

I took a poll on my Insta-stories and you guys seemed just as excited as I am about the ‘white bootie trend’ so here we go!  First off, let’s chat rules … they’re made to be broken, so that whole “no white after Labor Day” thing – bye, boo! It’s winter white, totally justifiable, they’re here to stay through fall and winter, and, let’s be honest, they’re perfect to roll right back around into spring!  Getting more bang for your buck!  I’m justifying ALL ends of the spectrum!  With that said, let’s chat ways to wear white booties for fall/winter!

Btw, for those of you that voted “no” on the Insta Polls, I’m totally not offended; and there’s still something for you if you want to skip to the end; but the meat of this is all ’bout that white bootie!

The most common question I’ve gotten about wearing white booties is “I love the idea, but I don’t know how to style them”. Well, rest assure because they’re white, which means they go with ANYTHING!  Style comes with “owning” what you’re wearing; and by “owning”, I mean confidence not purchasing lol!  If you branch out on a “new” style but aren’t confident in it, it will show; so rock what you’re wearing with confidence and you will make waves as a trendsetter!

Honestly, I’m so obsessed with the white boot trend, I bought two pair – a casual and a dressy!  My casual boots remind me of a 70’s go-go boot; but I love when heels have a unique shape to them!  You can see in the photos (might have to zoom in) that these have a roundish heel to them and are made of a ribbed velvet material, SO cool and different!  Oh, wait, and also comfy!

My dressy boots have more a stiletto dressy heel and are made of a faux leather material.  Honestly, these are my fav of the two and also in my top favs of my whole shoe closet.  Check out below if you need some styling inspo, as I gave lots of examples from causal to dressy!

This combo moto jacket will be making an appearance in my outwear blog, coming soon, but it is my fav casual outerwear jacket that I own!  The leather is a soft leather instead of being hard and boxy.  Super comfy!  I love this flowy, loose look topped off with the white bootie!

Ok, I LOVE overalls and I’m so bummed that I can’t find these for you all!  I got them last fall and they’re literally my fav pair ever and I get tons of compliments on them!  They’re by Kendall and Kylie if you guys want to search them out.  But, back to the outfit, I love dressing up overalls and these booties are the perfect companion for doing so; and, even better, almost any dressy shirt can be replaced here to achieve the same look!

Since these overalls aren’t in stock anymore, I searched out the best I could find because I am super picky when it comes to overalls!

I am always up for a chic black and white look and the booties are the piece to the puzzle!  Side note, the black and white striped cutout sweater is the absolute cutest and so comfy.  I’m all about comfort and cute when it comes to outfits! I’ve tried the whole “this isn’t comfy but it’s so cute so I’ll make it” thing before and it didn’t last long.  Keep it comfy!  For a little edgier look, I love this white laddered crew neck tee!  And I HAVE to chat about these black pants for a sec!!!  They may look like regular black jeans; but, they’re not, they have a shiny sheen to them.  Zoom in to the pic to see but they’re even better in person.  I have some from last season and they have ann updated version they season.  I am not ashamed to say that I now have them both because they’re that awesome.  My absolute fav part is that they don’t fade like most black jeans do after washing.  I wear them more than my black jeans, for sure, and they are super comfy!  Most of my black jeans look gray now lol!

This outfit has become a staple in my closet and I can’t wait to find the perfect place to wear it!  It’s so different and fun!!  The mustard suede skort can be so versatile so I can’t wait to pair it with other things.  It’s on the verge of both edgy and cute; and I LOVE how a change of shoes, for those of you not liking the white boot trend, creates a new outfit.  Btw, for those of you who aren’t a fan of the white booties, thanks for sticking around if you’re still here reading this LOL!
