White Western Boots on Major Trend
Happy Sunday, friend! I hope you had a great weekend and stayed warm. We had a random cold front come through the south and I don’t remember the last time temps have dropped this low in March! We were going to take Charli to the St. Patty’s Day parade today but that hour time change got all of us so we played outside all day and she had a blast anyway!
If you missed my last blog post, Skin Care Refresh + dash of Hormone Balance, be sure to check it out because I’m using some new products and giving all the details! And before that, I shared some looks for all occasions in a Red Dress Try-on that might be one of my fav try-ons in a while!
Now, on to today’s topic because I’m super excited to share this blog with you! If you haven’t noticed, white western boots are on major trend right now! I have always been a fan of western boots in general so, in my world, they were always a hit but they’ve been rolling back in as a trend lately and, in the past few years, white boots have made their mark and proudly stayed around, so put the two together and a beautiful baby is born – White Western boots!
I have the Steve Madden WEST WHITE LEATHER boots and the Dolce Vita LORAL booties in ivory. Both are amazing quality and you will see them in the pics below. I like to wear the Steve Madden solid white ones with outfits that are a little busier to have that balance since they are a solid color. And, in contrast, I pair the Dolce Vita booties with outfits that are more solid since they have a bit of a pattern on them with accent colors. Again, finding that balance so different pieces of the outfit aren’t competing with each other or distracting from each other … aka we don’t want to look tacky!
Western boots work for everyday, a twist to a dressy look, and are especially a key piece for a country concert or rodeo. Living in the south, they’re a closet staple!
Both pair are a bit of a splurge but I’m linking all price points to have options! I’m more of a bargain shopper but western boots (of any color) are a good splurge item because they’re timeless. I have a pair from 2008 that are still in great condition and I still wear them. They are also Steve Madden so that’s why I went for those in the white color. Plus, over time, as western boots get more rugged, it just adds character. I also have a super old pair that I repurposed and maybe I can share that process another day, another blog 🙂
I’m including LOTS of pics below for inspo! You can obviously pair a hat with any of them, as I do in a few. I just couldn’t put one in every pic because it felt a bit excessive in one blog post 🙂
Click on any photo to shop that look!
All of these shoppable looks can also be found on my Shop My Instagram page!
My links are commissionable so I truly appreciate your support shopping through my blog!
*If some pieces are not in stock, I’ve linked similar options!*
If you only want western boots for the trend to wear them a few times and then let them go, the dupe may be a better option so I searched for the best ones that I could find to link. However, I will not provide feedback on the quality or comparison because I haven’t seen them in person.
Side note on dupes – sometimes third party sellers will use the designer photo but send the dupe so you don’t receive what was actually pictured in the listing. I did not link any of those but, if you do your own search, beware of those listings.
I hope you enjoyed this blog and, whether you found a new outfit or just got some inspo to shop from your closet, I hope you leave my corner feeling refreshed, bold, and ready to rock some western boots! Drop your comments or questions below and, as always, tag me on Instagram so I can see how you styled your look!
Until next time!
XOXO,
Michelle
